ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We started in 2001 and have a successful business of serving the community and surrounding areas!
We're adding a Customer Service Representative, Office Associate, and an Insurance Account Representative.
We have a team of experienced representatives that will train the right candidate(s).
We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Thrives in a small team setting.
- Servant leader.
